I am Ellen Beckemeyer, a life coach based out of Louisville, KY. I studied under Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coach Training (WLCT) program and have worked with individuals from the public, private, government and educational sectors, and so much more in between.
I specialize in the personal development of individuals ready to explore what it means to take a leap of going after what they want.

I Love HATS. I am actually known to my friends and others as a true southern KY Derby Hat lady. I wear them year round. Ball caps, fedoras, holidays hats and my favorites, KY Oaks and KY Derby wide brim style hats.
As we get older, the concept of work hard, play even harder seems to become more important. How often do we get bogged down by the daily routines, stresses and decisions that are so adult. When I found my love of hats, it wasn’t just a fashion choice, it was a way for me to play dress up at home. I am able to walk out of my house showing my fun side and create a world that I want to walk into.
How do you like to play and have fun? I mean without the kids and it is still G-rated.
We are able to choose in adulthood to pursue our hobbies and interests with curiosity and make the time. It is important that we do. Alleviate the stress. The world becomes more interesting because it is unique to you in what you do with it.
